Chlorination Dechlorination Portable Chemical Dosing Unit

The Hydrodose is highly versatile, light weight and compact chemical dosing unit – capable of dosing 5 litres of chemical per hour into 5 bar of pressure.

The Hydrodose is mounted on a standpipe with a standard LRT (London Round Thread) that is supplied with or without a DCV (double check valve). Other connections can be supplied at the customer’s request.

It will dose sodium hypochlorite at 20ppm at a flow rate of 550 litres per minute.

It’s small size makes it easy to store in vehicles and its light weight robust construction makes it ideal for site use. Constructed using welded aluminium, its simple design will give years of trouble free use.

Use with one of our portable 110 volt power packs for almost silent running – ideal for flushing projects where the removal of background chlorine is required – particularly if the work has to be carried out at night to minimise disruption to supply.

Powered by a 110 volt supply, the unit is fitted with a instantaneous elbow with a pressure gauge connection and a bleed valve

As with all of our chemical dosing units, the Hydrodose can be used with a multitude of chemicals.
