Pipelaying – Take records of the pipe laying process from start to finish easily and quickly, there are sections for Pre Start, Existing Pipework, Pipe Installation, Backfill, Reinstatement and Site Cleared.

Commissioning – Pipelayer works out pressure test results for PE Type 2, 10 Minute Test and DI test all compliant with IGN 4 1 03 and WIS 4 1 03. It also has sections to record swabbing details along with chlorination, dechlorination and sampling records.

GPS Plotting – Pipelayer can plot utilities for record purposes to 100mm accuracy delivered in PDF CAD and SHAPE file format automatically generated.

Logger – Pipelyer ahs a straightforward Logger function if you just need to take pressure or flow readings at intervals

Administration – Your team can do their timesheets on Pipelayer too.

Server – Pipelayer server stores all the information gathered from site and stores it on the server for access along with producing certificates for Pressure Tests which are regulatory compliant. All data can be download in pdf or MS Excel format with your branded logo on. All accused by you with a simple username and password.

Tibiis and Automation – used in conjunction with our Tibiis Bluetooth data logger and auto pumps the pressure test process is automated, just enter a test pressure on your device, press start, and it does the whole process.
